I contacted US Roofing for a new roof and within a few days we had a quote. Communication with Sebastian was great. We knew what was going on every step of the way. We sat down and discussed options and materials. We had the new roof installed within a few weeks. Roof looks great! The crew that put on the roof was very efficient and really did a great job! When US Roofing replaced our roof in 2017, they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Esteban Carriazo guided us through the insurance and paperwork process with kindness, professionalism, and patience, turning what could have been stressful into a smooth and positive experience.
The installation crew was respectful, efficient, detail-oriented, and highly skilled, and they left our property spotless — something that is rare these days.
You truly see the quality of a company by how they stand behind their work years later. In 2021, while selling our home, a small leak was discovered during inspection, and US Roofing responded immediately and fixed it the very next day, which made all the difference during a time-sensitive situation.
Just last week, we contacted them again after noticing discoloration on a newly painted bathroom wall in our new home. Sebastian Carriazo, Esteban’s father, came out in the evening to check the attic and returned two days later — driving over an hour — to climb onto the roof and complete a thorough inspection, only to determine the issue was not roof-related.
